Are you really saving?

Sales are simple devises used to trick stupid people into thinking they're saving money when in fact they're spending more. It infuriates me when I think about all the money being spent on useless things, and it's mainly women who get sucked into this illusion that they're actually saving. Why do women feel the need to buy new sets of clothes every couple of months? Not only is it useless but it is also a waste of money!

Fashion is the main culprit, all the magazines and adverts get to them and manipulates them into thinking that without a certain piece of fabric, they're nothing. Now if everyone goes out and buys the " most hip" clothes, all that's going to happen is, everyone will end up looking the same. And when I go out I often find it difficult to tell girls apart, because they all look the same because they all want to stay in touch with fashion. Why would you want this? Isn't it just a bit sad?

But returning to my initial point about the pointlessness of sales, unless you have wanted an item for a while, and then it has slashed its price, you're not actually saving anything. Most people get caught up in the frenzy of sales and buy things they don't even need because they're under the illusion that it will run out......Newsflash, it wont and this is the trick they employ to make you buy more. And shoppers at sales are insane, they push, shove and even take stuff that you're going to buy, and people think football fans are hooligans, they should just go to the sales in London!
