What the hell is going on... one moment they say that Diego is going nowhere and now they are ready to return him to Germany. The "masterminds" behind the scenes think they can only play Diego or Del Piero, But I believe that they can and should play together. Last season we saw glimmers of a partnership that was just let down by unfamiliarity for how each other likes to play.. But I do believe that now that Diego has 1 year of Italian football under his belt he should be able to do alot better, but the directors at Juve are not willing to give him that chance and just want to cash him in now, but they're not thinking about the long term plan for the club. Yes I know Del Piero is a living legend, but the man has maybe 1 more season at the highest level left while Diego is hungry to make amends. The Italian league has to stop romanticising the past and look to the future if they have any hopes of becoming a competitive footballing force again. I really do hope Diego stay as he brings some new and unpredictable to the game, and I believe now that the worst is over ... he can only get better! If they do get rid of him he should feel an incredible injustice and he will be sorely missed as the Juve fans only got to see a glimmer of what this boy from Brazil can do.
