England V Spain
How in the world did England beat Spain??? And I answer... It was pure luck. They could only beat the reigning WORLD CHAMPIONS through a set piece, and to be fair, it was only a friendly and Spain didn't really put any effort into this until the last half hour. Plus it's only polite to let the host have at least one victory to hold on to, Spain didn't want to humiliate them on their own ground, especially when there's really nothing in it for them, Spain will conserve their energies for the games that count. Unlike England, where they will do okay in qualifiers and Friendlies- but for the actual competitions they will get thrashed!!
Now we're going to hear about how great England are and how they can win the Euros and the World Cup- yeah right!! Just when they were starting to realise where they belonged in the universe, this happens to bring back the arrogance and the false supremacy they have! And you wont hear the end of it until next summer. And when they do fail, they will just blame Capello, but tell me this... what is the man meant to do with a group of duds?!
