Out of Europe, a good thing?...

Juventus are now out of Europe, and who can be surprised with this team that has been so inconsistent? But I don't even think they deserved to play in Europe, it may seem harsh, but this is a kindness, now they have no distractions and can fully focus on the League and how to play as a team again.

The game against Napoli was always going to be a tricky one, even without Edison Cavani, but Napoli were safe in the knowledge that they had secured third spot and it's not like they could go any higher, so it did seem a little cruel. But as a loyal Juve supporter, I wouldn't have want Napoli to just role over- with the Calciopoli scandal so fresh in everyones minds, I didn't want people to think that we always get a helping hand, but I have to admit, I am just a little frustrated. Juve had over 50% possession and 18 shots with 9 on goal, so it's not like they didn't try! Juve have just been shaky at the back all season, conceding goals and making it hard for themselves. Juve are also lacking that cutting edge to turn all that possesion and chances into goals.

Juve are going to be welcoming back a familiar face in Antonio Conte, let's just all hope he knows how to get the best out of the players!
