Distractions
Distractions serve a rather insidious purpose, which is to
make sure you’re looking elsewhere when something rather terrifying and
disturbing is going on. People may not admit it, but they are more likely to be
susceptible to distractions when their life is in a particularly depressing
place. Just take a look at this whole Royal baby hoopla, all of the mainstream news
channels are obsessively covering it, and not just on TV but in the newspapers
and online. It’s absurd!
Has everyone forgotten about the recession ( Robbery) that
is going on and the 5 more years of austerity that we are doomed to suffer, or
the hunger strike in GITMO, the mass surveillance done by the US, the protests
in Egypt and Turkey , or the injustice in the US in regard to the Trayvon
Martin case, the rise of the far right all across EUROPE or CLIMATE CHANGE- all
this has supposedly been put on hold
because of another Royal has entered this world, and what a world it is with perpetually
war, rampant poverty and the ever increasing number of homeless and people in
the “ developed world” relying on food banks to feed themselves!

Plutocracy is where you are ruled by the wealthy and it is not a desirable place to be because as the Plutocrats accumulate more
wealth, they ignore their social responsibilities like helping the poor and
instead use their wealth and power to serve their own purposes and this in turn encourages class conflicts,
corruption and greed- sound familiar??!
People are not looking at the real issues but are happy to
indulge in someone else’s achievement rather than accept that they are well and
truly Frakked!
